Where we deliver
We deliver worldwide.
Delivery Charges (from 1st July 2011)
From July 1st we will be changing the delivery costs for Europe and Rest of World. Delivery costs to the UK are unchanged. In summary:
- we will be removing the single fixed cost (Europe - £2.50; RoW - £3.50) and replacing it with a weight based model
- we will be reducing the minimum delivery charge to £2.00 (Europe) and £3.00 (Rest of World).
Why have we changed the delivery charges to Europe and Rest of World?
Whilst the fixed price model (£2.50 to Europe and £3.50 to RoW) is simplistic it is a challenge to find a 'one size fits all' delivery charge when the products available to purchase are so diverse. We have introduced the weight based cost to better reflect the items purchased. Purchases weighing 100g or less (as an example, this equates to 30+ button badges or 25 enamel badges) will now be charged less under the new model.
For standard delivery we offer a fixed delivery for the UK and a weight based rate for Europe and Rest of World. We also offer a number of trackable alternatives as detailed below. For UK deliveries, the standard delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class post. For Europe and RoW deliveries, the standard delivery is via Royal Mail international airmail. For larger packages (exceeding 2Kg) we will use a registered courier.

For Europe and RoW additional delivery costs may apply depending on the weight of the items. These additional costs are detailed at the end of this section. But, to give a couple of examples:
- items up to 100g will now be charged £2.00 to Europe and £3.00 to RoW (instead of £2.50 / £3.50 respectively)
- items 100g to 200g will now be charged £2.80 to Europe and £4.10 to RoW
- items 200g to 300g will now be charged £3.40 to Europe and £5.20 to RoW
To put these weights into context, the approximate weight of 1 of each of the products listed is:
- Button badge (3g); Enamel badge (4g); Embroidered Patch (5g)
- Car Flag (30g); Desk Flag (30g)
- Large 3' x 2' Flag (80g); Large 5' x 3' Flag (120g)
A Delivery Method must be selected before checking out.
Next Day Special Delivery (UK only)
For NEXT DAY SPECIAL delivery your order must be placed before 11.00am for it to be delivered the next working day. If your order is placed after 11.00am then it will be delivered in 2 working days. Orders can be delivered on Saturday (for orders placed after 11am Thursday and before 11am Friday) by selecting the NEXT DAY SPECIAL Saturday delivery option.
Courier (UK only)
For COURIER deliveries your order must be placed before 11.00am (midday, Mon-Fri) for it to be collected that day. Delivery will then be next working day or 1 - 2 working days depending on the delivery option selected.
Confirmation of Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. If applicable, any tracking information pertaining to your order will be included.
Delivery Times
Standard postal deliveries to UK addresses should arrive in 3 - 4 days of placing the order. For deliveries to Europe and RoW you should allow 2 weeks from placing your order.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of purchase. If the order has been dispatched, you will need to return the goods at your own expense to receive a refund of the original amount paid.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in an 'as new' condition. We will refund you your original cost, including delivery charges, but will not refund your return postage costs. Any refund due will be credited to you within 30 days of accepting the returned order.
Shortages / Damaged / Incorrect Orders
Any shortages, damaged or incorrect orders must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request damaged goods be returned to us, depending on the item(s) damaged. For returned items, please follow the Cancellation policy above. In this case, we will bear the cost of any return postage.
Shortages will be treated as high priority and dispatched to you accordingly.
Orders not received
You will need to check the method of delivery of your order. If sent via a tracked delivery option (Royal Mail recorded or next day delivery, courier) then check with your local delivery office as your order may have been left there. If sent standard delivery then we will ask you to confirm your delivery address. We will replace the items if not received when:
- 25 days have passed since dispatch
- you have checked with your local sorting office for undelivered parcels
- you have clarified your delivery address
We do however reserve the right to provide a refund instead if the items are not in stock. At our discretion, we may also provide a refund if we have concerns over the delivery address.
